Environment Shapes Reality Before Success Arrives

Your environment isn't just where you live, it's who you become.
When Haris lived in LA, his apartment garage was filled with Lamborghinis and Rolls Royces. That was normal in his environment. Everyone drove supercars and operated at a completely different level.
It changed how he thought and what he believed was possible.
Now Haris and Austin are in San Diego with an inspiring ocean view and a building full of entrepreneurs and high performers. Casual elevator conversations turn into million-dollar opportunities. The energy is contagious.
Here's what most people miss: Your environment includes everything around you.
The space you wake up in. The art on your walls. The people you interact with daily. Even the content you consume. All of it programs your subconscious about what's normal and what's possible.
If you're surrounded by mediocrity and excuses, that becomes your reality. If you're surrounded by excellence and big vision, that becomes your new normal.
Most people wait until they "deserve" the better environment. But it works in reverse. Upgrade your environment first, and watch how quickly you rise to match it.
Start small: Clean your workspace. Put inspiring images where you'll see them daily. Join communities with people who think bigger. Limit time with negative people.
Your environment is either lifting you up or pulling you down. There's no neutral.
Take a hard look around you right now. Is your current environment supporting who you want to become, or keeping you stuck as who you've always been?
If you want to transform your life, start by transforming your environment.
Everything else will follow.

If you’re serious about building a real business…
You can’t just rely on referrals, organic posts, or “hoping” for leads.
You need a machine that brings in customers daily.
That machine? Paid traffic.
Running ads isn’t about chasing vanity metrics or trying to “go viral.”
It’s about building a repeatable, scalable customer acquisition system that works while you sleep.
The brands that win long-term all have one thing in common…
They don’t guess where their next lead is coming from.
When done right, ads let you…
Predictably grow your pipeline.
Test offers and messaging faster.
Build trust at scale.
And stop being the bottleneck in your business
We’ve helped brands go from “dead funnel” to fully booked in under 30 days just by dialing in the right ad strategy.
So if you’re still on the fence about ads?
You’re not avoiding risk, you’re avoiding growth.

Your intro is everything. Master those first 15-20 seconds, and the rest of the call flows effortlessly.
Most salespeople blow it immediately by sounding like... well, salespeople. They're either reading from a script, asking permission for everything, or jumping straight into pitch mode.
Here's what separates the best closers from the amateurs: The best closers break the sales barrier within seconds.
They don't sound like they're making a "sales call." They sound like an expert having a normal conversation with someone who reached out for help.
Your intro should accomplish three things:
Establish authority immediately
Take control of the call flow
Transition seamlessly into discovery
Make the lead put their guard down
Instead of: "Hi John, thanks for your time today. I hope you're doing well. So, tell me about your business..."
Try: "Hey John, where are you calling from? ….Nice! I’d love some recs if I visit. Hey man, so I reviewed your app and IG…stoked to learn more about you but I know you’re busy and I have back to backs all day, mind if we just dive right in? Epic! Tell me more about….. "
See the difference? Authority, control, and immediate transition to discovery.
You're not asking permission to sell them. You're positioning yourself as the expert who's here to diagnose their situation and determine if you can help.
The prospect immediately feels like they're talking to someone who knows what they're doing, not another salesperson who needs their approval.
Practice your intro until it feels natural. Record yourself. Time it. Make sure you sound confident, not scripted.
You can even role play with GPT until it’s perfect.
Because if you nail those first 15-20 seconds, everything else becomes easier. The discovery flows naturally, objections disappear, and the close feels inevitable.
When we train closers, we barely focus on the closing. We put 95% of our training time on intro and discovery. If you do great with those, you crush the close.
Your intro sets the frame for the entire conversation. Make sure it's working for you, not against you.
