Integrity With Yourself Creates Business Success

Momentum Maker

Your word is your bond. And most people have broken bonds everywhere.

They tell themselves they'll wake up at 5 AM - but hit snooze three times. They promise to call that prospect back - but get "too busy." They commit to their workout routine - but skip it when they don't "feel like it."

Here's what they don't realize: Every broken promise to yourself weakens your ability to keep promises to others. And broken promises kill businesses faster than bad products.

Your integrity isn't just about big moral decisions. It's built in the small, daily commitments nobody else sees.

When you say you'll do something, do it. When you commit to a deadline, hit it. When you give your word, honor it completely.

This sounds basic, but it's shockingly rare in today's world.

Your clients can smell reliability from a mile away. They work with people they trust to deliver what they promise, when they promised it.

Your team follows leaders who do what they say they'll do. They lose respect for managers who make commitments they don't keep.

Your prospects buy from companies that honor their guarantees and deliver on their bold promises.

But it starts with the promises you make to yourself.

If you can't keep your word to yourself about working out, how can clients trust you'll keep your word about their results?

If you can't follow through on your personal commitments, how can your team believe you'll follow through on business commitments?

The external world is a reflection of your internal standards.

I made this shift years ago and it changed everything. When I say I'll do something, it gets done. Period. No excuses, no exceptions, no negotiations.

This simple standard has built more trust, closed more deals, and created more opportunities than any sales technique ever could.

Your word is your most valuable asset. Guard it like your life depends on it.

Because your success absolutely does.

Limitless Leverage

Want to fix your show rate for calls, events, or webinars? Do this.

When someone books a call or registers for a webinar, that’s the moment they’re most excited and most interested.

But what do most businesses do?

They send some boring ass reminders like:

"Your call is tomorrow, don’t forget!"

"Hey, your webinar starts soon!"

That’s it.

Then they’re surprised when no one shows up.

Here’s the play instead: Hammer them with value.

We call it the Hammer Head Strategy because you keep hammering them over the head with content that builds belief and trust before they even show up.

Send videos and content to their email:

  • Answer common questions.

  • Break limiting beliefs.

  • Drop value bombs that help them solve micro-problems.

Remember, they’re going to do their own research anyway, better that research comes from you so they start seeing you as the trusted guide.

Retarget them everywhere:

  • Run retargeting ads with testimonial videos and social proof.

  • Share behind-the-scenes content so they feel connected to you.

  • Hammer them with value so they feel like they know you before the call.

This strategy naturally warms them up, keeps them engaged, and makes them excited to show up, not just “remember” to show up.

When you do this right, you don’t just increase show rates.

You create buyers who show up pre-sold and ready to take action.

Stop sending boring reminders.

Start building belief and demand before they even show up.

Closers Corner

The words you choose don't just communicate - they program your prospect's mind to say yes.

Assumptive language isn't a trick. It's the difference between hoping for a sale and guiding someone to an inevitable conclusion.

Most salespeople speak in weak, uncertain language that invites objections: "Would you be interested in..." "Do you think you might want to..." "Are you ready to maybe join..."

Every word drips with uncertainty and gives the prospect permission to say no.

Master closers speak with certainty and assumption: "When we get you started..." "Once you're seeing these results..." "After we implement this for you..."

See the difference? You're not asking IF they'll buy. You're discussing WHEN they'll see results.

Here's how to master this:

Replace "if" with "when" in every conversation. Instead of "If you decide to work with us," say "When we begin working together."

Use "will" instead of "would" or "could." Instead of "This could help you," say "This will solve your problem."

Speak about the future as if it's already decided. "Next month when you're seeing 50% more leads..." instead of "You might see more leads."

The psychology is powerful. Your brain follows your language. When you speak with certainty, you feel certain. When you feel certain, your prospect feels certain.

I watched this transform one of our closers overnight. He went from a 23% close rate to 41% just by changing his language patterns.

He stopped asking for permission and started assuming the outcome.

Your prospects want to be led by someone who's confident in their solution. Assumptive language shows that confidence without being pushy.

Remember: How you speak determines how they think. Master your language, master your results.

Think and Grow Rich

If there’s one classic that every entrepreneur needs to read (and re-read), it’s Think and Grow Rich.

Written almost 100 years ago, but the principles inside? Timeless.

This isn’t just a book about “getting rich,” it’s a blueprint for building an unstoppable mind.

Hill studied the most successful people of his time and broke down the mindset, habits, and strategies that separated them from everyone else.

Some of the most powerful lessons include:

The power of definite purpose, knowing exactly what you want and why.

Mastering belief and visualization so your brain starts working for you instead of against you.

Creating an environment (and a circle) that fuels growth instead of dragging you down.

Persisting when everyone else quits because most people fail right before the finish line.

The real power of this book? It’s not about “wishing” for success.

It’s about thinking in a way that leads to massive action and massive results.

Every time you read it, you’ll catch something new because you’ll be at a new level.

This is a true foundation piece. If you haven’t read it, start now.

If you have? Dust it off and dive back in.

Your future self will thank you.
